If you're ready to energise your life, lose the weight that has affected your self-confidence and start enjoying a new way of eating that is exciting, sustainable, easy and above all, healthy and as unique as you are. 

I am launching the first ever weight loss class that is built around eating a holistic plant-based diet and eating 5 times a day without cutting out carbs or sugar. The course will give you to the tools you need so that you will have a lot of energy, sleep better, feel more confident and eat in a way that makes you feel good about the way we look after the environment. 

This course is for you if you've wanted to try a vegetarian or vegan diet but haven't been able to find the right way to approach the topic, as you've been focused on weightloss or have faced resistance from your family. 

The course is 4-weeks long and includes:

WHO & WHY

The course is run by Taru Merikoski, who is a local Mum & Nutrition Coach, specialised in healthy plant-based diets, family nutrition and dietary and lifestyle advice for Mums.

Having had incredible results with weight loss and energy management, sleep improvemt and overall wellbeing boost by starting a plant-based diet nearly 6 years ago, Taru wanted to share her approach and teach others HOW to eat plant-based and get results. 

Her approach is not  restricting or limiting but is flexible, understanding and very inclusive! Come and see for yourself!

The location is in North Kingston, but will be confirmed as soon as we have the number of participants confirmed.
