During pregnancy your body is completely devoted to your baby, but after the baby arrives, taking the time to be mindful of your own nutrition isn’t self indulgent, it’s necessary!

You might have heard that the three months following the birth, are known as the ‘fourth-trimester’ period. During this time, it's extremely important to eat well - this will enable you to essentially recover from birth, refill nutrient stores that might have been diminished during pregnancy as well as balance out fluctuating hormones. 

All of this is even more crucial if you are breastfeeding your baby, as the quality and quantity of milk does depend on your health and the food you eat every day. And even if you are not breastfeeding, due to any reason, you are still looking after a precious little human, which takes up all available energy - so taking care of you is crucial, so you can take care of your baby.

You can get the advice and support through postnatal nutrition consultations in the comfort of your own home.

This package includes:

- 2 full 60 minute consultations (at home)

- 1 follow up consultation (by phone)

- Diet Review (from 5 day food diary)

- Tailored nutrition plan to follow

- Support via sms/email (for 2 months)

- Package valid for 6 months from purchase

Postnatal Nutrition Coaching with me

In our sessions, we will go your current situation in detail and then from this, create a practical yet simple plan for you to follow. This plan will be amended along the way to create sustainable changes that lead to positive results.

During our consultations, we will also be planning a menu fit for the whole family. I would suggest, if possible, to include your partner in the first consultation, so that we can create a plan that works for you as a family. 

As a new mother I know how time consuming looking after a baby is and how little time you have for anything else. With a professional coach at your side, you can save time, money and energy for the most important things in your life. By working with me, you will not only learn how to eat healthy, but also discover a way to improve your whole family's long-term wellbeing. If you've just had your baby, weaning and eating together as a family seem like far off prospects, but those first months fly by very quickly and before you know it, you find yourself worrying about feeding your little person with solid foods for the first time... by focusing on your own healthy diet first, you can then apply those principles easily to feeding the whole family.

Good nutrition aids breast feeding

The quality and even quantity of your breastmilk does depend on your own health and wellbeing, as well as the food choices you make each day. Some women find breastfeeding more difficult than others, and for some it's a source of stress, anxiety and frustration - while also providing that feeling of bonding like no other.
