This class is about giving you the necessary tools and teaching essential skills for successful, sustainable weight management and managing a healthy diet and lifestyle with a chance to connect with other people going through the same changes. You will be provided with everything YOU need to succeed.
As women, we are so used to looking after others, it's easy to forget to look after yourself. It's time to put yourself first!

Who is it for?
It's for you, if want to lose some weight and feel better in your own skin - but you've found it very difficult to stick to the diets and routines or have found yourself yo-yo- dieting. You don't have to work it out on your own, join us! Together, we can make your goal a reality you can sustain!
Why is it only for women? Because I think that when women are given a female-only space to discuss their hopes, goals and expectations, it provides such a strong platform to move forward from. The class offers a great place for women to connect with like-minded ladies and share support and tips along the way.
ArcticNut Nutrition Coach Taru will be running a group Healthy Weight Class in Canbury Pavilion, North Kingston with 6 group coaching sessions and 6 private coaching consultations.
If you feel like you could do with a little bit of help to get to your ideal weight, have more energy and broaden your understanding of the impact of everyday choices, come along.

Cost of the class
SPECIAL OFFER ON THE FIRST COURSE of the autumn: The whole class with 6 group sessions + 6 private phone consultations is only £99 - all inclusive (RRP £199).
Payment can be made in 2 instalments, if required. To pay, Nutrition Coach Taru will send you an invoice with BACS for ease of payment.
And if you bring a friend who joins the class, you can get £50 off your own class fee.
